Rob embodies a new breed of modern real estate professional who provides substantive knowledge about all aspects of real estate and thorough, elegant and discreet service to sellers, developers, buyers and new agent mentoring in all aspects of real estate and properties. He has more than 25 years of experience in residential, commercial, land sales as well as the rental market. Rob was originally licensed in the State of Georgia in 2001, but he has been in real estate much longer. His mother was a realtor in the 70's & 80's and Rob was an integral part of her team. After many successful years in Atlanta real estate, Rob moved to Virginia in 2010 to embark on a new chapter in his life.

Rob began working at a boutique real estate company in Orange, Va. as their Managing Broker and Property Manager for several years, he then joined the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices PenFed Realty in Manassas, Va., then he moved over to be the Managing Broker of Chatel Real Estate in Washington, DC. Recently he joined Samson Properties as the Team Leader in Locust Grove, Va. Rob’s broad knowledge of the Central, Northern Virginia and Washington markets, consumer and design trends, and the many criteria involved in the sale or purchase of a property provide his clients and customers with a service unparalleled in the industry. Rob has built his reputation through a commitment of personalized service to his agents and clients. Rob is available around the clock for any of his staff and agents who have questions and needing them answered at a moment’s notice. He prides himself on being accessible anytime, his “full service” approach as he calls it.

Rob currently lives in the Northern Virginia area, enjoys wine tastings at his family’s Vineyard and Brewery in the Fredericksburg, Va. area as well as spending time with friends and family and his beloved Jack Russell, Bailey.
